This Terms Addendum supplements and forms part of the Terms & Conditions for Dream Path Co, a DBA of Curiovation Labor Lab LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Dream Path Launchpad Course, any related digital products, or any services offered through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use or purchase our products or services.

2. Educational and Informational Purpose

All content, materials, and products provided by Dream Path Co—including online courses, digital downloads, templates, quizzes, and related resources—are offered solely for educational and informational purposes.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice.
You acknowledge that no part of our course or materials creates a client–advisor, legal, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Company.

3. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

• You may request a refund within six (6) days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded any digital downloads or course materials.
• If you have accessed or downloaded any part of the course, workbook, or digital files, your refund eligibility is void.
• After six (6) days, all sales are final.
• Scholarships and promotional enrollments are non-refundable and have no cash value.

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws and will honor any mandatory refund rights under those laws.

5. Scholarship Terms and Tax Responsibility

From time to time, Dream Path Co may award non-cash scholarships in the form of tuition discounts or fee waivers applied to eligible courses.

• The scholarship has no cash value, is non-transferable, and non-refundable.

• Recipients are solely responsible for determining and reporting any tax liability.

Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the templates and/or forms in any manner, except for modifications in filling out the templates and/or forms for your authorized use.
